Watch Later: free study planning puzzle game
Later saved too many lessons. Fit the ones that serve today's goal into the time you have, Part 1 before Part 2.
What is Watch Later?
Later's Watch Later list is a mile long. Each day, pick the lessons that serve the goal and fit the time: priority first, length second, Part 1 before Part 2. A planning puzzle that trains the skill of saying not today.
Watch Later is a SkillxTube Original, an arcade game made for SkillXGames and set on a video-learning platform like SkillxTube. Its star is Later.
Watch Later is a planning puzzle. Later saved far too many lessons. Each study day has a goal (bake bread, fix a flat tyre, give a short talk) and a time budget, and you queue the lessons that serve it.
Your plan is compared with the best plan possible. Days 3 and 4 add Part 1 and Part 2 lessons that only count together; days 5 and 6 give you 45 seconds.

How to play
- Read the goal
- Each day has a learning goal and a time budget.
- Queue
- Tap lessons to add them to today's queue. Their length fills the time bar; it can't overflow.
- Mind the order
- A lesson marked Needs Part 1 only counts if Part 1 is in the queue too.
- 6 days
- Score is how close your plan is to the best one. Under 60% costs a life. Days 5 and 6 have a clock.

What it trains
Watch Later trains planning study time by duration, priority and order. It is an arcade break in the "Prioritising" family: short enough to fit between two tasks, deep enough to get better at.
Your best run is kept in your browser and shows in the Trophy Hall. Signed in, a finished run also pays SkillXP in your player space, like every SkillXGames game. When you want the real lessons behind the game, every run ends with a link to SkillxTube.
Strategy and tips
- Core first
- Queue the ★★★ lessons, then fill the gaps with ★★.
- Off goal is zero
- A fun lesson off the goal is worth nothing today. Save it for later.
- Mind the parts
- Part 2 without Part 1 counts for nothing.
- Small fills
- A short ★★ lesson often beats a long ★ one in the last minutes.
Why play Watch Later?
Planning study time means choosing what not to do today. The game trains prioritising by value and cost, the same reasoning as packing a bag or planning a sprint.
