Zoning Board

You want an empty lot to hold flats over shops. The town's (fictional) planning board votes, and each member has one worry: traffic, green space, jobs, noise, the town budget or homes. Answer it with the right part of your plan.

Winning the vote

How to play

Listen. Read what each member says and spot the worry behind it.
Answer. Pick the part of your plan that answers it. A majority of yes votes approves the plan.
Three levels. Beginner, Intermediate or Expert, picked before you play: the content and the clock change, and each level keeps its own best score.
Coins. Example numbers in plain fictional coins, made up for the game. Not financial advice.

Quick tips

Listen first. What a member says points to what they care about.
