Vacancy Hunt

Three empty flats. Set an asking rent (higher rents sit empty for longer) and pick the tenant most likely to keep paying. The best rent is the one that earns most over the year.

How to play

Rent. Rent times the months it is actually let: pick the best year. 150 points.
Tenant. Good references and rent about a third of pay or less. 150 points.
Three levels. Beginner, Intermediate or Expert, picked before you play: the content and the clock change, and each level keeps its own best score.
Coins. Example numbers in plain fictional coins, made up for the game. Not financial advice.

Quick tips

Count the empty months. Rent × months actually let gives the year. The highest sticker rarely wins.
References. A past landlord's word beats cash up front from a stranger.
