Partnership Pact

You and Thumby buy a small hotel together. First write the deal, clause by clause: who puts in what, how profit splits, who decides, how to leave, what if money runs short. Then the years test it.

5 clauses
Partnership deals

How to play

Write. Pick the clear, fair clause for each topic. Vague or lopsided ones look easy and break later.
Test. A loss year, a partner who wants out, a big decision: clear clauses settle them, the rest turn into disputes.
Three levels. Beginner, Intermediate or Expert, picked before you play: the content and the clock change, and each level keeps its own best score.
Coins. Example numbers in plain fictional coins, made up for the game. Not financial advice.

Quick tips

Clear beats friendly. 'We'll sort it out later' is the clause that starts arguments.
Fair lasts. A lopsided clause looks like a win, until the other partner fights it.
